Every Crafted For Joy product is printed on demand, which means it is made especially for you after you place your order. Here’s what to expect.

1. Processing & Production Time

Orders are usually produced within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons such as Black Friday and the holidays, production may take a little longer.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

After production, typical delivery times are:

• United States: 3–8 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
• Canada, EU & Australia: 5–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates provided by our production partners and carriers and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

4. Multiple Items

Our products are made by different print partners in different locations, so items from one order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us within 2 hours if you need to change your address.
