Welcome to Crafted For Joy. By accessing or purchasing from www.craftedforjoy.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Our Products

All products are printed on demand and made to order by our third‑party production partners. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. Product images and mockups are for illustration purposes. Small variations in print placement (up to about 1 inch) are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or items being unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

For orders shipped outside the country of production, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because products are custom made, returns are limited. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, logos and content on this Site are the property of Crafted For Joy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use any content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for fraudulent purposes, or uploading harmful code.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafted For Joy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We use third‑party services such as PayPal, Printify and shipping carriers. Their own terms and policies apply to the services they provide.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
